Ask for visits
Use the request on our home page and list everyone coming. We'll call, text or email with times.
Send what we ask for
We call your plan to check benefits. Please have each person's insurance card and photo ID ready.
Fill in health history
Each person's health history goes on our private patient portal, not by email or in our forms. We send you the link.
Come in together
Plan on about an hour a person. Each person sees a hygienist, then Dr. Casillas.
Bring the whole family, and a book if you like
Our waiting area has a seat for everyone and room for a stroller. Children can wait with a parent while a brother or sister is in the chair.
If a child is nervous, tell us when you book. We'll plan a little more time. If anyone in the family needs extra help, such as a quiet visit or a hand getting into the chair, tell us and we'll plan for it.
