How one visit for the family goes

Step 1: Arrive together
Check in once. Each person's health history goes on our private patient portal before the visit, not into the request form.

Step 2: A hygienist, then the dentist
Each person starts with a hygienist, then Dr. Casillas examines them. With two hygienists, two people can be cleaned at the same time.

Step 3: A plan for each person
Everyone leaves knowing what we found and what comes next. Any treatment is estimated in writing before it starts.

Step 4: Next visits, together
We book everyone's next visits in the same sitting, so the family keeps one calendar.

How paying works for a family
Insurance
We file claims for you to PPO dental plans and check each person's benefits before the visit.
No insurance
You pay at the visit, and you hear the fee first. Financing is offered by third-party lenders; the lender sets approval and terms.
A written estimate
Ask for an estimate before any treatment. You get one page for each person.

Brushing and flossing at home are a big part of dental care, so each visit includes a few minutes of practice for whoever is in the chair.
Melanie and Erasmo use a tooth model and your own toothbrush. They show children how to brush on their own, and they show parents where a little help still matters.

Questions from parents
Can we all come on the same day?
Yes. Ask for everyone's visit in one request and we'll book you one after another. With two hygienists, two people can be cleaned at once, and Dr. Casillas examines each person in turn.
How young can a child be?
Children are welcome from age 3. For a younger child, call us and we'll talk it over before you book.
What if only some of us have insurance?
That's common. We check each person's plan separately, and anyone without one gets a written estimate in advance.
Does anyone speak Spanish?
Yes. Dr. Casillas and Erasmo Perea speak Spanish and English.
What if someone breaks a tooth?
Call us. We keep room in the day for urgent visits when we can, and we'll tell you what to do while you wait.
